عن الموقع
هذا الموقع تعريفي بتطبيق ماكرو لتوصيل الوجبات الصحية. التطبيق والوجبات والباقات والأسعار لم تُطلق بعد، وما يظهر من صور ووصف هو للتعريف وقد يتغير دون إشعار. وعند الإطلاق ستحكم الطلبات شروط خدمة مستقلة نعلنها لك.
التسجيل في القائمة
- تسجيل رقمك لا يُعد طلبًا ولا حجزًا ولا التزامًا من أي طرف.
- يجب أن يكون الرقم صحيحًا ويخصك أو لديك إذن باستخدامه.
- يمكنك إلغاء التسجيل في أي وقت عبر info@macro.sa.
ويخضع استخدام رقمك لـسياسة الخصوصية.
الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع:
- إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة أو بيانات الآخرين دون إذنهم.
- محاولة اختراق الموقع أو تعطيله أو إرسال طلبات آلية.
- نسخ محتوى الموقع أو إعادة استخدامه تجاريًا دون إذن.
الملكية الفكرية
اسم ماكرو وشعاره وتصاميمه وصور الوجبات ونصوص الموقع مملوكة لنا أو مرخّصة لنا، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.
المعلومات الغذائية
المعلومات عن الماكروز والأهداف الغذائية للتوعية فقط، وليست نصيحة طبية أو علاجية. استشر مختصًا مرخّصًا قبل تغيير نظامك الغذائي، خاصة إن كنت تعاني من حالة صحية أو حساسية غذائية أو كنتِ حاملًا.
روابط وخدمات خارجية
قد يحيلك الموقع إلى حساباتنا على منصات التواصل أو متاجر التطبيقات. لهذه الجهات شروطها وسياساتها، ولا نتحكم بها.
حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم الموقع «كما هو» ونبذل جهدنا لدقة محتواه وتوفره، ولا نضمن خلوّه من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام لا نتحمل مسؤولية أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدامك الموقع. ولا يحدّ هذا من حقوقك التي لا يجيز النظام التنازل عنها.
تعديل الشروط
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط بنشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك لها.
النظام والاختصاص
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في مدينة الرياض بالنظر في أي نزاع، ما لم يقضِ النظام بغير ذلك.

About the site
This site introduces Macro, a healthy meal delivery app. The app, meals, plans and prices have not launched yet. Images and descriptions are for illustration and may change without notice. When we launch, orders will be governed by separate service terms that we will announce.
Joining the list
- Registering your number is not an order, a reservation or a commitment by either party.
- The number must be correct and belong to you, or you must have permission to use it.
- You can unsubscribe at any time via info@macro.sa.
Use of your number is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Enter false information or other people’s details without permission.
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the site, or send automated requests.
- Copy or reuse site content commercially without permission.
Intellectual property
The Macro name, logo, designs, meal photos and site text are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.
Nutrition information
Information about macros and nutrition goals is for general awareness only and is not medical or therapeutic advice. Consult a licensed professional before changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition or food allergy, or are pregnant.
External links
The site may link to our social media accounts or app stores. Those parties have their own terms and policies, which we don’t control.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site “as is” and try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms by posting the updated version here. Continuing to use the site means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law provides otherwise.
